		<description>I started a new job and was going to Blimpie's nearly every day.  I knew where this was headed!

Now I take a banana, an apple and a orange to work.  I don't eat any processed food to speak of. However, I do love my coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 (non-dairy creamer is bad for you) and sugar.  I probably take in 300 calories a day just in sugar which is bad but I more than make up for that at lunch plus my coffee has only 1/5 the sugar of cola, probably less caffeine (arabica) and is loaded with antioxidants since I drink it fresh.

My motivation is to lean down a bit so I can bike to work more easily come spring.  To all you Floridians and Californians that think I should be biking to work already: it was 5 degrees yesterday morning and this morning we had 1/4 of ice coating everything.

		<description>I have tried to lose weight without actually DIETING..it is very  hard...The only fast food I have is Subway..which I thought was pretty healthy but to my surprise I started putting on pounds and in a matter of 4-5 months I went from size 0 to a size 5:&#124; I then realized its not so much subway itselft its those SUBWAY sauces...and ever since I have been trying to lose that extra flubber around my waist with no luck...i have tried everything from extreme dieting to excercising...nothing seems to be working..this website gave me great tips...lately I have made a routine of having a big breakfast then skipping meal during the day or if i do have anything I have NatureValley mixed berry bar...then I eat in the evening which is Instant Noodles with soup...what do you think? Is it good?</description>

It really does work, cutting soda and fast food, and just riding my freaking bike to school (2 miles away, and a college campus too) and cooking  meals, and i've lost 25 pounds in just a few months! My clothes fit better and I feel great.</description>
